만약 나와 같은 생각을 할 사람과

내가보기엔 개선방안 절대 안어렵다.


현재의 대한민국은

'아침부터 밤까지 회사에 일해라'
이지만 위에 열거한 문제가 생기면
휴가를 쓰거나, 경영진과 다투거나
안되겠다 싶으면 퇴사할수밖에 없다.
주 69시간..아침부터 밤까지 일하면
개인문제는 절대 손 못대기때문이다.

사람은 일만큼이나 신경써야할
스트레스 요소가 무지하게 많다.
그걸 해결하려면 시간이 답이다.
그러려면 가장 좋은 해결책은
교대 근무제가 널리 퍼져야한다.

체력적으로도, 은행 업무건
