1. 집이 아파트인데 보일러 틀어도 감기가 걸린다면
바닥만 따뜻하고 실내 공기온도는 낮을수있다.
온풍기와 히터키고 바닥은 17도 해도 훨씬낫다.
특히 침대에 자고 바닥에 이불깔고안잔다면
난방이 바닥만 되는지 확인하자.

2. 식사는 사람의 활동을 위해 필요하지만
결국 단백질. 탄수화물이 열량이 흡수되려면
위. 장. 간. 쓸개등 십이지장이 활동해야한다.
그 십이지장을 부담을 줄이며 열량흡수가 빠른 방법은
우유. 과일, 견과류에 있는 지방류가 도움이 된다.
하지만 초콜렛이나 캔디등은 당이 너무 세서
오히려 당뇨등의 위험성이 더 클수 있다.

3. 겨울에 체온유지를 하려면
어쩔수없이 칼로리 필요량이 늘어나지만
먹는 음식부터도 열량을 몸에 채우려는건지
아니면 찬 음식으로 부담되지않는지 생각해보면좋다.
될수있으면 따뜻하게 먹는게 뭐든 좋다.
고기도 막 익힌 후 바로. 따뜻한 국.
마시는것도 따뜻한 물이.
적응이 쉽지않다면 미지근하게 섞어서라도 먹어야한다.
괜히 고든램지가 음식 조리할때 매번 "piping hot"을 찾는게 아니다.

4. 식사와과 더불어 중요한것이 몸의 순환이다.
특히 혈의 순환과 대소변 활동이다.
될수있다면 맨손체조라도 30분씩하고
샤워나 목욕은 혈액순환에 무조건 도움이된다.
밤에 수면전 1시간 전후에 대소변.
기상 전후에 물 한컵.
리듬이 깨져버려서 변비. 설사. 이런게 다 병의 근원이다.

5. 전자기기를 안보고살순 없지만
가능하면 줄일수 있는 취미는 추천한다.
MP3. 라디오. 십자수. 산책.
독서. 만화책. 500피스 퍼즐.
인터넷 검색없이 요리.
인터넷 검색없이 그림. 그리고 지우고.
