to fans view,
fans may not need buy flight tickets
but just check local visit schedule
one difficulty is
7's rugby play 20min per match
but t20 cricket 3hr per match
so even pack playing 8teams only
but requires around 30 matches
not just if we thinking playoff rule
this 30 match you convert
one stadium to 30days at each city
or 5-6 stadium for 5-6 days
but in case of india,
is impossible traveling in a day
you all organizers may need
think scrapping world test series
but t20(or whatever hell is) league
how series points, league structure
season venue, stadiums
