만약 나와 같은 생각을 할 사람과
직장. 경영진이 있다면
내가보기엔 개선방안 절대 안어렵다.


현재의 대한민국은
'현장에 써먹을 만한 사람이 부족하다.'
라는게 문제일 것이다.

그런데 40대의 입장에서 보면
40대는 직장에서 돈 버는거 만큼
육아와 노부모문제, 대출, 친척, 세금
신경써야할 문제가 산적하다.

사실 회사의 요구는
'아침부터 밤까지 회사에 일해라'
이지만 위에 열거한 문제가 생기면
휴가를 쓰거나, 경영진과 다투거나
안되겠다 싶으면 퇴사할수밖에 없다.
주 69시간..아침부터 밤까지 일하면
개인문제는 절대 손 못대기때문이다.

사람은 일만큼이나 신경써야할
스트레스 요소가 무지하게 많다.
그걸 해결하려면 시간이 답이다.
그러려면 가장 좋은 해결책은
교대 근무제가 널리 퍼져야한다.

체력적으로도, 은행 업무건
개인 일처리고 뭐고 하려면
야근까지 69시간 하는 직장보다는
3교대 하는 직장이 좋다.
교대 근무 스케줄 상
어떻게든 하루 이틀 주중에 시간이 비면
그때 개인일 다 처리하고 오면 된다.
괜히 연차나 휴가 안써도
일할때 집중해서 일 처리하게 할수있다.


저 3교대라는것은
한 포지션에 대해
숙련 전문가 3명을 쓴다는 이야기이다.
즉 수리할때나 고장나도
새벽에 전화받고 나오라고 난리 안쳐도
고치게 할 전문가가 더 많다는 뜻이다.
괜히 자다 "야 시발 기계고장났다"

이딴 병신전화도 안받아도 되는거다.

회사에 이상한 경영 마인드중 하나는
기계 to. 부서 to논리가
한명만있으면 되지
사람이 뭐하러 돈을 퍼줘가며 쓰냐

이게 오히려 회사에
백업 서포트 인력충원을 저해한다.

그럼 왜 주 69시간이니
야근논리가 늘었을까?
회사에선 사람 쓸때마다
세금에 4대보험. 산재보험 돈 나가는거만 아깝다는 주의이다.
저런 쉬운 일 하는 직원
노예처럼 일 시켜버리면 되지
'노동자 한 명을 40시간밖에 못쓴다'

특히 이 논리는 외노자 취업시키고 나서
한명 데려오는데 몇천 들였는데
법이 40시간밖에 못써먹고 처놀게 한다

이런 사고방식은 한국사람이
기업을 왜 좇같이 볼지따위 모르는
경영진이라기 보단 병신들이다.
